1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Curiosigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process your data.

2. User Accounts & User-Generated Content (UGC)

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current info. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. By uploading photos, travel notes, links, or custom inputs (UGC) to the Service, you retain ownership of your content, but grant Curiosigo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, and display that content solely to provide the services.

3. Intellectual Property

The look and feel, design architecture, source code, algorithms, and itinerary formatting workflows of Curiosigo are and will remain the exclusive property of Curiosigo and its licensors, protected by copyright and other proprietary laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you are prohibited from: (a) attempting to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or test the vulnerability of the AI model, codebase, or pipeline; (b) using scraping, crawlers, or automated scripts to extract data from the platform; and (c) uploading or generating content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. While subscriptions are generally non-refundable, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have generated fewer than 2 itineraries.

6. AI Output, Hallucination, & Dietary Safety Disclaimer

Curiosigo utilizes artificial intelligence to generate itineraries, analyze pacing, and perform allergy or dietary audits. AI models can hallucinate and provide incorrect information, outdated opening hours, venue closures, or broken links. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You must independently verify travel details (transportation, bookings, venue availability) and food allergy requirements directly with each establishment before dining or relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curiosigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months, or $50, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curiosigo, its officers, directors, and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or for operational reasons.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas, USA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Curiosigo regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Curiosigo.
